LMP Coaching (”We”) are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

The legal basis is that we have your explicit consent to keeping you informed about our news, free & paid coaching programmes and courses, invites to upcoming events/workshops and general company information.

What data do we process

We will initially store your email address and first name only. If you order services from us, use our services or give us additional information about yourself for any other reason, we might also store further information such your occupation, career history, postal address and telephone number, along with information on what products or services you have bought from us.

How do we process your personal data?

We will comply with our legal obligations to keep personal data up to date, protect it, store and destroy it securely. The purposes of the processing is to provide you with the information you have requested about our products and services. We will communicate with you by email only unless you give us further consent, and ask us, to communicate by different means.

How long do we keep your personal data?

Your data will be retained until you tell us that you wish to withdraw your consent. In accordance with data protection legislation, we may check with you from time to time that our records remain accurate and up-to-date. You can unsubscribe at any time by sending us an email with 'unsubscribe' in the subject box.

We will keep your data no longer than the purpose for which it was collected.

Sharing your personal data

You personal data will be treated as strictly confidential within our company.

Once you commence using our services, Your data may shared with the following organisations for appointment scheduling, DISC Personality Profiles and secure storage of information:-

  1. Acuity Scheduling, Inc - Privacy Policy

  2. Google Cloud - Privacy

  3. PeopleKeys - Privacy Policy  

You have the following rights in respect of the processing of your personal data:

a) The right to be informed (which is what this privacy notice does)

b) The right of access to the personal information we hold on  you

c) The right to have your information erased.

d) The right to restrict processing

e) The right to data portability

f) The right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data for which your consent was sought

g) You also have the right to be informed if a significant breach of data security occurs and this might pose a high risk of adversely affecting individuals’ rights and freedoms

h) The right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office
